Our Spanish classes are specifically designed to teach small groups of adults to converse in the language. After the first session, we conduct classes almost entirely in Spanish to create an immersive experience. It's the next best thing to living in a Spanish-speaking country. And don't worry, unlike university or community college courses, there are no tests or grades. Whether you live in Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, Concord, Huntersville, or Cornelius, we have a class that is close to you!
We offer classes in the mornings, evenings, and on Saturdays. Our curriculum consists of 10 different levels. Many people who take classes with us have never taken Spanish before but, if you have and you'd like to find out which level of our curriculum is best for you, be sure to take our free online placement test!
Classes are held at one of our 3 locations: Our main office in University City, at the Midwood International and Cultural Center in Central Charlotte, and at the Levine Jewish Community Center in South Charlotte. All classes last 8 weeks and meet once per week for 2 hours.
Periodically we also offer review courses, which 4 week condensed versions of our regular level courses. These are for people who feel they need a little extra practice or a getting back into classes after a break.
